I actually had a cop tell me to do this once. Ok the not the back seat but the rear deck of the Camaro. She said the big camo gun case in the hatch made it "concealed" She also though my CB was a radar det. Originally Posted by Bang

18 used to be the age to possess a handgun. My parents bought me a Ruger Mark I target .22. This would be fall of 1955. City of Philadelphia. I had joined the Holmesburg Gun Club.
The city district attorney at the time dictated that handguns be in a paper bag and in control of the owner. Translation: gun in paper bag beside me on the (bench) front seat. Then, somehow, he changed his mind, when he decided that was a concealed firearm without a license, and issued dictates that the gun be placed near the owner in plain sight.
They were idiots then, and are idiots now.
