    If you were going to do this, I would recommend having a long gun on the seat next to you. Remember the police are not obligated to protect you.

    A little red wagon worked for me.

    I just throw it on the rear seat. Love watching the faces of people aboard buses and tractors as they look down in awe.

    I actually had a cop tell me to do this once. Ok the not the back seat but the rear deck of the Camaro. She said the big camo gun case in the hatch made it "concealed" She also though my CB was a radar det.

    18 used to be the age to possess a handgun. My parents bought me a Ruger Mark I target .22. This would be fall of 1955. City of Philadelphia. I had joined the Holmesburg Gun Club.

    The city district attorney at the time dictated that handguns be in a paper bag and in control of the owner. Translation: gun in paper bag beside me on the (bench) front seat. Then, somehow, he changed his mind, when he decided that was a concealed firearm without a license, and issued dictates that the gun be placed near the owner in plain sight.

    They were idiots then, and are idiots now.
