When you purchase a firearm and use the NICS system all your information is given and then researched. it is supposed to be deleted after a set period of time. Given how much we are lied to everyday who here believes that data is deleted? That information is stored in way that can be used against you for a future date. Why do you think the leftist gun grabbers are so intent on having Universal background checks? It's because they know that the information about you is there and will always be to be used when the right time comes. Australian type of gun confiscation will be available to them because of NICS and PICS background checks.
