Transfer fees? Out of state vs. in state
I was looking at a gun shop's web site just now they charge more for an out of state transfer than an in state transfer and their wording made it sound like there was an extra check. Any thoughts?
Another dealer charged more for a person-to-person transfer than a dealer transfer. Any thoughts?

Re: Transfer fees? Out of state vs. in state
The shop I used to work at charged 30 dollars. Just one of the many issues I had with them.

My lgs charges $30 for FTF transfer and $50 if the other party is not present or the gun was not bought from their store (i.e. Online)...Now you tell me how that makes sense...
My neighbor charges $20. He wins.I'm only here for the wood c-rings.
