    Default OC - ID required?

If you OC in PA, do you need to carry any ID whatsoever?

Only in Philadelphia, or during a Declared State of Emergency, or in/on a vehicle. I may have missed one...
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

If seeking to use the lockers at court facilities, unless otherwise meeting an exception under section 6106(b).

    A bit arcane, that one.

    *Maybe*

Some counties have "self-service" storage, where you don't need to interact with anyone else in order to make use of it. Others, you have to ask for a key, but there is no other interaction or info that must be provided.

By statute they are only required to provide the lockers for persons carrying under sections 6109 or 6106(b). If they choose to do so for others, or not to ask for proof of statutory qualification to use them, that's fine by me.

Similarly you don't actually need a LTCF or proof of meeting an exception to carry in Philadelphia or in a vehicle or during a state of emergency. So long as no one asks.

OR for persons carrying "other dangerous weapons that are not otherwise prohibited by law.", for which no ID/LTCF is statutorily required in order for them to be possessed (or checked at the courthouse).

True, but are firearms "dangerous weapons"? The statutory definition is:
"Dangerous weapon." A bomb, any explosive or incendiary device or material when possessed with intent to use or to provide such material to commit any offense, graded as a misdemeanor of the third degree or higher, grenade, blackjack, sandbag, metal knuckles, dagger, knife (the blade of which is exposed in an automatic way by switch, push-button, spring mechanism or otherwise) or other implement for the infliction of serious bodily injury which serves no common lawful purpose.
