Too many words, too many rules. In Florida when you get your CCW the State sends you a small pamphlet in plain English telling you what you can and can not do. Keep it simple.

FL has more rules than PA. Hell, in FL you don't even have a right to bear arms.

Florida memorializes the equivalent of Pa's UFA in a 74 page Title XLVI (CRIMES) Chapter 790 (WEAPONS AND FIREARMS)

It's probably the list of places you are actually allowed to carry in Florida. FL is ridiculous.

That being said, they have far better non-firearm weapons laws IMO (with permit).

As I said earlier, and everyone ignored it, font size is everything. These things appear to have been written for the legally blind.
While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.

Cool Re: open carry at 18?

Let me play devil's advocate a minute here. I'd be willing to bet that someone would call the police , who may or may not know the law (more likely the latter) , the police would secure the weapon , run make/model/ser.no. thru the Record of Sale Database and when it comes up 'registered' to someone else , the fun will begin.
    I don't speak English , I talk American!
