Last time I mailed all to WV but my current form says PO Box 430298, Atlanta GA.

ETA. I see they revised the form last summer, looks like the ATL is the place to send it. They have moved all payments there.

If you send it to WV it will still get processed but it adds a week or two. ( Ask me how I know)

Last form I mailed was to GA....and that was about one month ago.

Nope. When I tried at FedEx, they said that they don't deliver to PO Boxes . I didn't even notice the address before I went.
