You’ll learn how to control massive hemorrhage, maintain an open airway, seal a sucking chest wound, and much more.

Whether you’re a hunter, avid shooter, or you carry a gun for self-defense, the fact that you’re frequently around firearms makes this training a must. It could very well save your life or the life of a loved one.

Joe Ogershok served as a Special Forces medical specialist with the 7th Special Forces Group from 1972-1981. After retiring from SCI-Huntingdon as a Corrections Unit Manager, Joe’s unique skills set led him to employment with a government contractor in Iraq were he served from 2006-2010 as a Remote Site Medical Officer at various locations in the Theater of Operations. Now stateside, he serves as director/primary instructor of the US Army Combat Medic (MOS68W) sustainment training program, Combat Lifesaver program, and the Basic Life Support program in Fort Detrick, MD.

He is a National Registry Advanced EMT and holds certifications in PA, MD, and VA as well as Advanced and Basic Life Support Instructor status with the American Heart Assn.
