That was taken in Reading/Muhlenberg along 5th street. It was at Target, Ollies, Kmart, or 5th street gallery. Most likely not 5th street gallery though since that place is usually empty. Also, they don't have carts.

That's funny. I have pants and a shirt like that. I only wear those pants if working outside. Plus I have a owb holster I carry with sometimes When working outside. I don't think it cants forward like that, and I have a 1.5" belt I think you would see. I then realized my wife has that purse. She said she didn't use it lately though and I can only think of a handful of times I may have carried that and my shirt may have fell over it. Either lowes down there or Walmart. Usually I carry IWB but the time I did recently it was because she grabbed me to go on her way out.

We were at Roburritos in York at the Eastern Market around lunchtime, I saw a guy in jeans and a bright blue t-shirt walk by the window I was facing. I only had a second as he walked past, but he was OCing what appeared to be a full-size Glock at the 3 o'clock position, OWB.
Always nice to see another OCer out and about and unexpectedly.While many claim to support the right, precious few support the practice.
