Maybe I'm dense but I'm not seeing a search option. I'd like to buy some AK (7.62x39) rounds once the finances clear up a bit...

Nah.. You are not dense. It looks like reloaded pistol ammo only.

    What flavor?

If you're after some Wolf Military Classic HP. These guys are cheap. I just got 500 rounds in today.

I've shot the hot shot FMJ from the sardine can too. Again, cheapest I found it is at AIM. Some people say the hot shot is crappy but I think I had one FTF out of 700. I clean my AK when I'm done shooting it however. So I don't really care how dirty (or not) ammo is.

The only downside to AIM is they are a tad slow. It takes a week for them to process the order and get it to me from Ohio. (I have other dealers for automotive related merch - so I'm used to a 1 day turnaround from Ohio) But everything comes packed neatly and correctly.

They only carry the Wolf MCHP & Hotshot FMJ however. Shame because their prices are the best around. Shipping is cheap too.

I've dealt with AIM a lot in the past and have never had an issue... just throwing that out there.

    damn that ammo is pricey!
The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.

Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

I had a local guy order me ammo for my Swiss K31 and his delivered price after tax was only $2.45 more on 100 rounds than it was from AIM Surplus. Aim was the lowest place anywhere I could find Prvi Partizan brass cased, boxer primed ammo for reloadable ammo. I prefer to deal with a local business and support them if I can get a reasonable price.

Are you sure that price is for "rounds" and not just the "bullet" part for reloading? I was looking at .40S&W and saw it was 1000 for around $206 or so, and got to thinking that this price is probably just for the copper jacketed lead.
