    If you had any idea of what it takes to fire a government employee. You would understand why he has little chance of being fired. On the other hand, if he is just a contractor, Dumping this guy should not be that much of an issue legally.

    ... in circumstances such as this that question the credentials used to get the position, they can be relieved of the job. Yeah they'd still be getting paid to do nothing but its better than screwing up the mental health of veterans.
