    Default New Boundaries 5C

Watch the boundaries if you hunt in 5C. The eastern boundary has been moved west from Rt 202 to 82. Some of us are now in 5D. It makes a difference if you're getting doe tags.
Boy, I say boy, you're reaching the limits of my medication!

82 only forms a small portion of the border (south of 30). 113 is more like what I would call the eastern border of 5C, depends on where you are where you hunt. Either way, it's definitely changed.

Makes a huge difference if you live in Chester County. I have a buddy that will now need to get tags in 5c and 5d now. Both spots he hunts are now split between WMUs, and are only three miles from each other. Rt 82 splits much more non-congested land down that way than 113 does.

My dad hunts the border of 5c and 5d. Theoretically if he shot a deer and it ran across the street it would land in 5D.

What do you suppose the legal ruling on that would be?

Not sure, but he gets a tag for each just in case.

No doubt. The original post (to me anyhow) read like Rt 82 was the dividing line for the whole length of 82 and it's not. I'm thinking about getting a tag for that area, my daughter and her family still live there (I used to), I could do the after Christmas season with the flintlock. Twin 3 year olds are a bit young to head to the woods but someday soon.
