Something wrong with my stoeger
Just recently acquired a stoeger condor competition for a really good deal.
Every review and Manuel say that when you open the breach the safety auto sets.
Mine does not.....works if I manually set it, but not when opening or closing.
Now from everything I heard most people want it off anyways being is how they forget to dissengage it.
Now if its just simply the factory didn't hook it I'm not complaining...just want to make sure I'm not gonna damage anything

Re: Something wrong with my stoeger
How used is the Stoeger? I have a Condor Supreme. If I donot clean it really good every 700 to 1000 rounds it starts getting flakey. So every so often I tear the gun all the way down clean and lube everything
I always stressed to my son"one shot one kill that was all that is needed". When He came home from Marine Corp Boot camp He was telling me about the Marines stressing "ONE SHOT ONE KILL" He looks at me and the light bulb went on Dad was now a whole lot smarter than he was 13 weeks ago.

There's nothing wrong with it. Almost all target guns are furnished with manual safeties. Field guns typically come with auto safeties. Don't worry, the gun is operating properly as designed.
