Re: Springfield 1911 EMP
In my opinion, its a really great gun. I have one. Well, had one, sold it, and regretted it so much I bought another. It's well built, has some nice features, and is really easy to conceal. Its my go to carry gun. I've heard all kinds of arguments against carrying it: low capacity, weak caliber, too small, etc. For me, its a perfect carry 1911. Buy it with confidence. I've never had an issue of reliability with mine. I trust it completely.

Re: Springfield 1911 EMP
I've got one for sale right now. It's a great little gun. The trigger is pretty good. Breaks nice and clean around 5-6lbs. Very accurate, especially considering the size. The only real complaints are the gaudy slide markings and the lack of front strap checkering. Otherwise a real solid sub-compact 1911.
