    Default OWB kydex holster recs

I'm looking for a kydex OWB holster. I'm seeing pancakes everywhere I look. I don't want pancakes. Any reason they have to be pancakes? A belt slide is great. Even a single clip. Any recommendations?

My wife has a kydex Blackhawk! holster for her Glock 19 (not a SERPA-type holster, though,) and it works well enough. Galco might also be worth looking at.

I have a few Raven Concealment Phantoms. Great holsters, good retention & pretty much indestructable. I just got a Garret Industries Silent Thunder STX for my M11A1 & so far I like it.

If you need a holster with Level 2 retention, look no farther than the Safariland ALS. They're built like tanks, but can be hard to conceal in warmer months, if that's important to you.

I just ordered a blade tech level two holster for my sig 1911 tac ops. I already have a level one holster from them for my Springfield xd 45 and it works great. Also I suggest you check out comp-tac. I've carried my m&p shield in their minotaur holster daily for a couple years now and have no complaints.
