Armed Guards

I was grocery shopping with the kids at giant eagle a couple of days ago and ran across a guy I went to school with. He was wearing a armored personnel carrier uniform and openly carrying. We chatted for a minute or two and he was on his way. Now I noticed when I walked in that there was no truck outside, and his uniform was not in the manner it should have been worn. I was CC at the time(the kids did know I was CC) didn't ask a question or anything about the gun. There were a few people in the isle we were in and no head popping or anything. It just seemed kinda weird to me.
