Trop - Buy on line pick up in store

Just saw on Trop website notice that said "buy on line pick up in store." I am guessing/hoping you can get on line price and not have to pay postage. So has anyone used this feature yet and if so how did it work out? If you can buy from the full list of online items and no postage this should address concern of those who felt online customer were being treated better than those who shopped at store.

My experience.....I live close to Trop and inquired with store personal about buying online and picking up in store for an ammo purchase. All 3 people that I talked to about it told me to order it online and specify store pickup. I did what they said and was told the next day that the particular ammo wasn't coming from that location and would need to be shipped. I paid the shipping costs and my ammo was sent by Fed-Ex a total of about six blocks and when it arrived......it had the return address for Trops store location....it was not an exotic caliber and was for sale in an email that they had sent out......

Last Fall, I won a GunBroker.com auction of theirs and called to find out if I could p/u in store. I was told, "No problem," so I went up to p/u the pistol and was treated just like any other customer. It saved me added shipping and FFL costs. In my experience Trop has been a good shop to deal with.

Where in PA are they located?
Is Trop the full name?
Im searching for they're website.

They have been offering this for at least a year or two. The concept is pretty simple and it's one of their marketing strategies. They are encouraging customers to check Trop sales on GB. If you see something you like, buy with a credit card and go to the store for pick up. It's a simple yet creative plan when you think about it. You can "shop" in the store virtually through GunBroker. Considering the growth of internet sales it is not a new concept but it isn't something commonly seen in local gun shops. It's one of many changes they have made in recent years that is giving them a market edge.
