Surcharge remittance form??
If I sell two long guns and run one back ground check for them on the same 4473
When I fill out the SP4-134 would I check two taxable long guns or just one as they are both on the same 4473?

The number of guns is what they want.
One fee for the call, the other fee(s) is per the number of taxable guns on that call.
