Default What type of holsters do you OC with?

Any Serpa OC carry? IWB? OWB? Kydex? Leather? And type of firearm in your OC holster?
I am curious to see how people OC since I have only seen 2 people OC in the past 3 years I have been.

I just got two Serpa's and carry with the belt setup and love it, the 1911 3" and my Walther P99.
I use IWB for both with the P99 getting Kydex and my 1911 leather.
My Shield is IWB kydex with one clip and accomodates the Lasermax.

    Thx.

I have a Safariland ALS Level I with the added guard for my G17/19. Well built, several wear options and very easy to draw and reholster with.

I also use a safariland ALS for OC. I'll probably get a nice leather one with a thumb break eventually too. My dogs ate my last one.

I have a Winthrop leather IWB and it is a great holster. Maybe check that out. Around $59.

I have Serpas for my p95 and my 1911's. I find myself favoring the leather pancake holster I picked up for my star most of the time anymore. It fits my full size 1911's also. It rides more comfortably than the serpas, but I still like them and I can draw a little quicker from them.

I still have a good leather IWB, just no retention. What I'd like to get is a nice pancake OWB leather holster with a thumb break an a 5-10 degree cant. Personally, I don't like any more than 10 degrees of angle.

I do best with a draw that is straight up. My new serpa is great. I use the belt setup. I use the bottom holes to screw in the holster. I do not think your suppose to use those bottom holes for holster I think they are for paddle setup. But the pistol was riding to high for my tastes so I use the bottom most holes. Now it sits perfect. On my 1911 serpa I cut an inch and a half off bottom for the 3 inch barrel.

I have a few Safariland ALS holsters that I use for OC. I also occasionally use a Tagua pancake w/thumb break. I ditched all of my Serpas a few years ago and I'm happy I did.

I think it's not as safe as the ALS and other thumb-activated holsters. This sums it up pretty well:
