Been wondering, what is the advantage to keeping an Events folder at all, if everything is to remain locked?

Because it's no longer synced to the calendar. So instead of eliminating the calendar, which I doubt people really look at, I know I never did, they locked the forums...that people actually used to find and discuss events.....

that calender is a waste of space. without a thread on each event in the calender there are no "reminders" that pop up like with a subscribed thread.

I agree, it's hard to navigate if you don't know where to look for the tab to get to the other calendars. The only way I found to even get to the calendar is to go to the events (that's locked) tab and use the small link that's almost hidden.

I definitely liked the old version a lot better than the new one.

I am not content with this "new" format. Its not user friendly and has less functionality than the older version did. Why is it that everyone thinks newer is better? In this case, newer, is worse.

That calendar is a waste of time and resources. Open up the threads and do away with the calendar.

FYI.....my visits to PAFOA are down considerably since the newer format was implemented......

I don't bother to add any gun shows anymore due to the calendar only format
