Attention all Branch Valley Members; please read
Greetings,
With winter behind us, it's now time to get back to our continued improvements and routine maintenance on the outdoor ranges. We meet up every Monday night (only exception is confirmed rain at the club) between 17:00 and 18:00. Work usually goes on for a few hours depending on the project at hand, materials available, the number of members there to help and when it gets dark.
Please take this as an open invitation to come out and support your club. Virtually ALL of the work at the club is done by the members who volunteer to do it. This keeps our facilities available for your use, safe and functional, while helping to minimize the expense of hiring outside contractors.
No special skills are needed and OJT is provided FREE! We actually have a good time for the most part and though the work can be hard, it's done in a pretty low key manner. If you're able to make it out (any Monday, for as little or as much time as you like), we're currently working at the 50 yard range area. Just sign in first and head out to the 50 yard line. Ask for Chris, Earl or Jim (myself) and we'll be happy to get you going. Try to wear outdoor working type clothes and bring gloves.
We MUCH appreciate any and all help! Thanks to everyone for reading and looking forward to see you there.
Regards, Jim
