Hot days are for loading ammo...
Too hot to do anything outside this weekend, so figured it'd be a perfect time to load some ammunition. Spent some quality time out of the heat and got several boxes ready for the next trip to the range....

Hey Sgt, that's what backhoes are made for. I was once told, "Ron, If you can do it with power, you don't ever do it by hand". This sage advice was given to me by a foreman from the construction company my wife works for.

Re: Hot days are for loading ammo...
Hopefully that cold front I heard was coming hits tomorrow. I gotta measure the spans and inspect the poles to place a fiber optic cable from Saltsburg to Clarksburg, the long way..

I went to the range, twice, this weekend; not another soul in sight. It's just not hot enough to spend the daylight hours indoors.

Re: Hot days are for loading ammo...
I do a lot of reloading in the summer, 'cause that's when I do most of my shooting, but winter is much better for indoor activities. I can't take the cold, being a Texan by birth, so I stay inside, in my subterranean lair, for most of the winter. When it finally starts to warm up (I hesitate to call it "hot"), I do not want to stay inside any more than is necessary. Summers are too short, here, in Pennsylvania, so I don't want to waste a minute of the decent weather!
Now, I need to find some good deals on .45 ACP brass. Anybody?Kevin Singleton, Potawatomi - {ZRT - Sector 4}
