Spring jerky
After a very busy post holiday, I finally took a few jerky chunks out of the freezer.
Partially thawed and sliced them.
Jerky Shooter changed their mild spice to a different blend so I used the same amount as i did previously except the cajun that I mix in had extra and I decided to put it all in.
A little more spicy than normal but I got no complaints.
Sent a 4 finger lid of the stuff to my kiddo in NH and he ate it all in one sitting.
I saved a beer he sells up there and ate 2 bags in 2 nights.
I feel like I did good.
Saw a herd of 7 deer in the back yard ( youtube to follow in a few days) so I believe I'll have the opportunity to get one next archery season.
Did I have jerky.
Why "Hell Yes" I did. Compliments of MOAT brewery.
Opinions are like anal apertures. They all stink but mine.
