In case someone wonders whether they can handle .45 recoil...

Great post. I've recently been wondering the same thing. While a friend had pretty well convinced me that it wasn't an issue, the video sure helps support that.

Re: In case someone wonders whether they can handle .45 recoil...
Good recoil video but not exactly a safety video. They seem to be shooting down a trail and the camera came close to being in front of the shooter. I wonder how private the area is.

Re: In case someone wonders whether they can handle .45 recoil...
Great video...but that kid should have had eye protection on! (I'm not even sure he had ear protection on??) The camera man also made me a little nervous by positioning himself in front of the muzzle somewhat.
Otherwise, it is true...a .45 is a manageable round for just about anyone as long as it is a full size gun. A .45 acp compact might be a bit abusive to a young'in!

I thought the same thing when the camera kept moving forward and later you see the young man was getting tired and he almost turned with the pistol
towards the camera ( muzzle in safe direction), but I don't know what the target was I did not see any paper down range or at the hill so it must have been a private area they were at.
