'Three Gun Style" match

We’re proud to announce our first 3-gun fund-raiser match at
LRGC, which has been scheduled for September 6th, 2008 at
8:15am.

A 3-gun match is an extremely popular competition in which pistols, shotguns, and rifles are fired in stages that test the shooter’s skill using each one. Targets are a combination of paper, polymer reactive, and reactive steel, and the match really represents a full day of shooting.

If that’s not enough, we’re going to have a nice prize table, an excellent lunch for you, and a complimentary tee shirt to commemorate your participation.

The match is limited to 75 shooters. Guests of shooters are welcome for a fee of $10.00 to cover lunch.

2 - 12 gauge shotgun with 35 rounds of LEAD 7.5 or 8 bird-shot ammunition. Iron sights only may be used on shotguns. No speed loaders for the shottie.


Can a mag fed shotgun be used? ie Saiga??

Purportedly the match staff responded to the above poster via email.

Detachable mag fed shotguns are acceptable, as long as they are used semi-auto (NFA paperwork, if applicable, will be checked)
