Question Starting Up a New NFA Trust

I'm looking to start up a NFA Trust but I need some direction of where to start on this. Any help or website links would be greatly appreciated.

In PA you need another person to tag on your trust. Doesn't matter friend or family. You will need him or her present when you go to the notary after the trust is made up.

Do it now till the so called change occurs. Worst case for PA you will just need a Sheriff to sign off on Form 1 for SBR.

Are you going for SBR or suppressor?

You will need sign off on all forms 1 and 4 if i understand the changes they are making, and some county sheriffs will not sign.

I'm looking to do some SBR, SBS, suppressor and converting to 3 round burst on a couple of different weapons I own.

I live in Philly which isn't a very gun friendly city so I know for a fact the CLEO won't sign off unless you have some major "political pull."

Looks like I'm going to have to get the ball rolling on this ASAP!

Does anyone else have any feedback on 199Trust?

Care to elaborate on this potentially bad idea?

You can't convert to 3 round burst any firearm unless it had its serial number registered as a machinegun prior to May 1986.

Unless you are a licensed SOT in the gun business.

Or if you don't mind paying a $250,000 fine and spending 10 years on an all expenses paid trip to Club Fed.

I know you can buy registered Pre 1986 trigger packs or something like an RDIAS, maybe that is what he is referring to?
I always sleep with my guns when you are gone
