anyone add a beavertail to gen 2 glock?
Got the gen 2 19c out this weekend. I'm pretty happy with it but it tore my hand up pretty good. My buddy linked me to a beaver tail for gen 1-3 glocks. But I wanted to see what people used and what they recommended. I have big hands and I get up high on the grip. I need something back there. Kinda takes the gun out of shooting when you're bleeding lol.

I have one mounted on my G20 that I use for IDPA. I use the smooth one that comes in the Gripforce 2-pack. So far so good.

Yep. That's the one.
Drift the rear pin out, install beaver tail, install new longer pin included in the package.
And if you don't have one already buy the drift pin tool or a appropriate pin punch.
It actually took me longer to decide which tail I wanted to use than the overall install job.www.Steelvalleycasting.com is your new home for coated bullets and custom ammo.

Ry I had one of those on my old gen2 19. It fills in the top part of the grip (obviously) and essentially makes the grip similar to a 1911.
