Default Splitrock gun show any good?

The show is tomorrow April 11th and the 12th. Never been is this show worth taking the drive too? I'm not looking for anything specific just browse and see if there are any deals. (Yeah I like to dream).

I'm going to try to make it tomorrow.

It's a pretty good show. Like any show, it depends on what you're looking for. I've bought stuff there, I've sold stuff there and I've walked out not having spent a nickel.

You have to pay a toll if you enter from SR 940. I can't remember if you have to pay if you come in from SR903 or not.

I just have to see if I can ditch my kids at a Girl Scout function to get free. If so, I'll be there around noon.

Just got the go ahead to ditch the kids. Whoohoo!

If your there around noon-noon thirty and see a guy in blue ball cap and red wool vest, introduce yourself.

Let's hope there's no NDs this year.

Cool Re: Splitrock gun show any good?

It is worth your time to go,a lot of out of staters are there also but a long diversified amount of guns and stc,Bet there wont be any Glock 43s though ! We are all going today also to see what is what ! JMO/MDT Forgot to mention Dealers have a dificult time reaching PICs because of the location and sometimes have to go outside of the building to make their call !

Not too crowded. Got a parking spot right off. Didn't spend a dime other than entry fee.

Unfortunately I blew a tire last night on my way home from work, the set had over 52k miles on them so I had to replace all 4 today so no gun show for me. Best I could do was a few boxes of turkey shells to pattern in my shot gun tomorrow.

Thanks for all the info fellas hopefully next time.

I know how you feel ! Left the gun show with a couple of smaller purchases and on the way home heard noise from rear brakes, since i just had the fronts done 2 weeks ago i know this is gonna cost me on Monday at the garage ! Good thing the Glock 43 was not available yet as that will be my next gun buy !
