Default Another question on an A/R build

In started a thread a few days ago about the AR parts kit from Sarco and was happy to get from solid advice that I should look in the Palmetto State deal of a complete PSA CHF Mid-length rifle kit for $499.

I went back today and they are are sold out. However I found a PSA premium classic lower build kit (sku#29040) for $84.99 and a PSA 16" Mid length CHF upper with BCG and charging handle (sku#504391) for $399 for a total of $485.
Am I getting the same parts?

It is also free shipping over $100. Another $17 savings.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks

    Keith

looks like they have a 16" premium m4 premium rifle kit in stock for $449 currently.

it looks like the same kit as far as i can see. and what psa don't really tell you is that their premium barrels are made my FN which is a very good barrel maker, the non premium barrels are made by a different company.

Yeah that upper and lower build kit look the same as the rifle kit. I would stick with the mid length upper you have listed and not go with the carbine length M4.
