Default How finicky ammo wise is the Kahr cw45

Just got one and it cycles ball profile just fine . Wanting to get a mould to start casting something lighter in weight like a 185 or 200 gr swc . For those of you that shoot these pistols are the picky when it comes to nose length and profile ?

    Thanks , tim

My Kahr CM45 digested the better part of a 500rd box of 200 gr LSWC with no problems at all last summer.

Now I am working through a box of 230gr RN Bayou bullets which work great too. Next time I buy bullets I would have no worries ordering more 200gr SWC.

The only thing I ever heard (read on Kahrtalk)about kahr 45's is some have a little tight or short chamber specs, some wider profile bullets my contact the rifling. Thats just a few people over years of being on that forum.

Mine has run every bullet type I have tried so far 100%, to include factory 230 gr Ranger T and 230gr FMJ And my hand loaded 230 gr XTP, 230 gr LRN and 200gr LSWC
