Yes, a WV CHL will still be offered by the Sheriff's office for reciprocity reasons.
I just hope they drop the 8 hour safety class requirement to get a CHL.
I mean, if you don't need a class to carry w/o a permit, why the hell would you need one with a permit? Just seems redundant.

Did you all miss the part of the article where it mentioned the bill has only passed the WV senate and is not signed into law? I hope this goes through for our friends in WV but let's not start having a back slapping party yet.
