    Default Charges Dropped

In news out of New Jersey, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae issued a press release earlier today that states she has dropped the "unlawful possession of a weapon” charge against Gordon VanGilder. Ginny Simone reported on his case here: http://goo.gl/nGZsUj. VanGilder was arrested for having an antique flintlock in a car.

McRae’s statement read, in part, “Upon careful review of the circumstances of this case, I am exercising prosecutorial discretion to dismiss the above-noted charges in the interest of justice."

Its because of all the bad publicity the state has been getting recently for various judicial cases.

Yep, so much for the equal protection clause. "We'll fuck you over every chance we get, unless the case goes viral and makes us look like douches".

I think many of us would like to see that occur.
But I'm not holding my breath.

The AG has made a statement "I tought dis was da whole backbone of the 2nd amendment thingy? Our founding fadders NEVER thought of autoloading machinegun firearms and it only applies to flintocks. So he, of all the NJ cases recently, is da oNLY guy dat can claim da 2A defense. Everyone else can go shit in deir hats ovah dere. George Washington would have never thought about hunting deers with a machine gun assault rifles wit dat banannas clips in em. leave yer dangerus handguns at home an nevvuh brings dem oveah heah to deh Noo Joisey.
