Quick response, was upfront about age and condition of product, even agreed to a small discount due to slight imperfection. Was waiting at the meet site when I arrived 5 minutes early.

Excellent communications, especially as I was driving a distance, and the day of transfer was to be a severe storm.
ArmyVet contacted me to be sure I was good with making the transfer that day, and was willing to reschedule with out any problems.
Item was exactly as described.
