    Default sig 229 .357!

Just brought home my second sig in .357 sig! Folks i gotta say, this ones a winner. Recoils not bad at all, extremely accurate. Fits great in my roya guard holster. Im generally a glock fan, but ive found myself branching out to sigs and of course the 1911. I currently have the colt talo lightweight commander on layaway, mmm cant wait.

The SIGs tend to handle recoil better than the Glocks which is helpful.(steel vs plastic) SIG has some 1911s chambered in .357sig however I yet to see one in a shop or on a place like Gunbroker.

It is a nice gun & the round is impressive. Check out sigforum & you may be able to snag a .40 barrel for it as well.

I've never tried the 357 sig, but I want to. Been wanting a 226 or 229 in 40 or 357 then get the other barrel and have 2 guns in one.

That's what I did with my p229. With my Glocks I have barrels to shoot 357sig, 40 and 9mm, though I carry in 357. Enjoy the SIG!

A Republic, if you can keep it.
