    Default State of eForms - update from ATF

    I'm registered with the eform system, so I get updates from time to time. For those of you that don't eform, here's the latest update. While they are processing over 6,000 forms a week, they still have a lot of back-logged forms especially paper forms... approximately 37,195 pending applications.
