Quick question about gifting handgun in PA.

Simple question, please save me the trouble of scouring Google reading contradicting answers.
I am 21 and am not prohibited from owning firearms. My brother is 20, also not prohibited. Would it be legal for me to purchase a handgun and gift it to him without a transfer?
I know parent to child is fine, but not sure about brother to brother. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Simple answer: No.

Longer answer: (grand)parent to/from (grand)child or spouse-to-spouse can be done without transfer if both are PA residents and both legal. Siblings are not included.

course i am actually kidding there. It's stupid but you'd technically be risking a straw purchase i believe and a felony with 10 years in pound you in the @$$ prison and thats no joke. (Or is it)
