officer Doofuss laid his gun case, containing his "patrol rifle" on his..trunk lid while pulling up his jack boots..then heading for a free donut shoppe, he 4got about it..

Ummm..they are looking for some honest citizen who might..might ..have found same. Reward??? ;-)

Brief cases, gun cases, any kind of case is dangerous in that regard. Case won't hurt paint, set case on car. Bare rifle will scratch paint, or slide off of car, rifle goes in car.

Infowars is a bit behind in reporting this. The rifle was turned in by a local couple that found it two days prior to the date infowars ran the story.
