BRANDON, Fla. - Deputies say a man told them he did not know a gun would discharge when he pulled the trigger, killing his friend. The accidental shooting in the 700 block of Kingswood Loop in Brandon just after 8:00 a.m. Sunday morning.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Chad Stall was at the victim’s home when he loaded a .762 caliber assault rifle and aimed it at the victim.

Damn shame and tragedy... we all know better than anyone that those (didn't know the gun was loaded) words are spoken way too often.

Maybe the gun malfunctioned. Give him another round to try on himself. The gene pool needs skimming.
