Re: Washington County Fairgrounds Gun Show (1/10 & 1/11)
On my way out I overheard a vendor talking to an officer about something being stolen. Didn't realize it was an actual firearm though. And there are most definitely more than one way in/out of that place...

Re: Washington County Fairgrounds Gun Show (1/10 & 1/11)
I purchased a shotgun at this show and was a little surprised no one checked it or said anything to me when I walked out the main entrance with it.
On the other hand, the PGCA show tags guns that are brought in by individuals, and I've been asked to see a receipt on the way out after buying a gun at a PGCA show.
The Washington show is as leaky as a sieve regarding security and loosely monitored exits.Last edited by Hawk; January 14th, 2015 at 04:50 PM.

I wonder if it was a joint effort between a few thieves seeing as the three were stolen from different vendors.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

I think I was there for that conversation as well. From what I over heard, it was a DPMS AR 15. I also saw a different police officer talking to the vendor next to us about a stolen gun on Saturday. We had a range bag walk off on us sometime Saturday as well. I hadn't heard about a third gun being stolen though.
