22 rimfire conversion for 1911
was just given a 1911 with an original colt conversion 22 slide. I am not familiar with these conversion kits. does anyone know what this would be worth in fair condition. By the way it shoots great. no failures of any kind with 150 rounds of mixed 22 ammo. Thanks in advance for any info on this.

Re: 22 rimfire conversion for 1911
I've been looking for one of those for awhile now. Depending on condition , vintage and other things (original box , papers , mags) , they start around $400. I was looking at a late 60s unit , in original box , never been unwrapped , for $625.
Wanna trade for a Colt .45 upper?I don't speak English , I talk American!
