Forgive me if this was previously posted. A friend sent me a link to the and it look as if the family from the Sandy Hook shooting may be planning to sue Bushmaster and the estate of Lanza's mother in the shooting deaths. Insanity at its finest....

Re: Sandy Hook wrongful death lawsuit
Bushmaster will almost certainly move to be dismissed as a defendant under the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act. And likely win that move.

Re: Sandy Hook wrongful death lawsuit
The only entity to be sued is the idiot mother's estate. Her allowing a mental defective to become proficient at firearms usage was gross negligence.
Relationships between men and women can be difficult - but not impossible.

Didn't the state legislators vote down a mental health gun bill shortly before the incident? Maybe they should take aim at the legislators (pun deliberate).

Re: Sandy Hook wrongful death lawsuit
IIRC, the mortgage company/bank/whatevah supposedly just gave the now-empty Lanza house to the town. Supposedly all belongings were literally removed and destroyed.
Reminds me of stories of NCR desk burnings.
So, they tossed all possessions and plan to demolish the now-worthless house and build a parklet.
What's to sue?
Guess the Netownians will have to go back out on the road and make money from Bloomberg. All of my guns are lubed with BACON GREASE.

This needs to be watched:

A Nation School Safety Director, who's also a retired State Trooper, is suing over what he claims Sandy Hook to be a falsified event. We all need to get behind this.
