From Bucks County to Allegheny
I have a Bucks County, PA issued resident permit - good until 2010. I just moved to Bethel Park - do I need to reapply? Is my permit still good?

Yep, your fine.
Renew in your current county of residence when it expires._________________________________________

Yep your permit is fine!!! Keep on carrying, just when it is due to be renewed it has to be done in your current county of residence.
