Good point. She could decide not to defend and allow a judgement against the State by default. However, if she has continuing political ambitions in PA, she would be a fool is she did not defend. I guess we have to wait and see.

She doesn't care about the gun vote, she is part of Bloomberg's anti-gun group and has been screwing up our carry agreements with other states.
