Dems move to block new Pennsylvania gun rights law

I heard a report on KYW concerning this suit. One part of the report said around 2 dozen cities/towns have laws requiring notification to the police about lost/stolen firearms. Does anyone know which cities/town require this? I am guessing Philly, but I have no idea which other towns.

Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Allentown, Reading, Lancaster, Erie

my source is from 2012, some of these might have changed. I live in Allentown and believe it is still in effect here.

Honestly, I don't see how that law was the knight in shining armor that everyone was making it out to be. Am I incorrect that preemption was already unlawful? What did this law accomplish?

Some of you that think it's OK to vote for people that promise a free handout and to provide for every need as we know are same people that are responsible for passing unconstitutional laws and then try to justify them by suing. These bitter anti gun zealots will never stop in their purpose to disarm you and then control every aspect of your life.
