Moving to Waynesboro
Hey all. I've been off the site for a few months but I'm back and moving to Waynesboro. What are my options for gun clubs? I mostly shoot pistol but also shoot ARs.
Also, what shops are in the area that are worth going to?

Re: Moving to Waynesboro
Waynesboro Fish and Game, South Mountain Fish and Game, Greencastle Sportsmans, to name a couple.
I used to belong to Waynesboro fish and Game because they were super close to my house, they have a good outdoor range, 10 yard to 200 yard targets IIRC. I had an issue with their prices and charging practices so I left and now belong to South Mountain. The range isn't as nice and it's a few miles from Waynesboro but it's much cheaper.
I'm also a member of Greencastle Sportsmans, nice rifle range but not for pistol. It'll take you over a year to get into Greencastle and they aren't really convenient to Waynesboro at all.
Gun shops in the area:
The Hunters Den, Hill Top Arms, George's Gun Shop.
The Hunters Den has a pretty good stock of guns and other things but always seeemed to be a little expensive to me.
Hill Top Arms is a new place right in town, not much inventory but super nice guys, good place for black guns but not so much for hunting arms.
Gearge's, real nice people there, lots of hunting guns but not so much for tactical stuff.
