Serious question. Before this post I had never heard of such a thing. If you'd asked me to get bullet lube I'd have assumed you were being a dick to the new guy: ie headlight fluid, box of grid squares or a left handed smoke turner.
There is an increased cost in production so they aren't as cheap to produce as the traditional hard cast with lube in the lube groove.

    Roger:
What's the roll-out on these as far as various calibers and weights. I assume you want to give 9mm's and .45's priority, but how about after that? Any consideration for us wheelgunners? .38 Spls? Thanks.

    Adios,

We are unsure as to the order of stuff rolling out. Keep an eye on our website to see when they become available. I believe Roger is going to give select .38s the treatment as well.

I stopped by the shop last weekend for some powder and Roger was nice enuff to part with a few 200gr. .45acp SWC's. These are really nice looking and I'm looking forward to shooting them.

    Then I'll look forward to the 225 TC's or 230 RN's!

Teflon doesn't make a bullet "armor piercing". A hardened interior makes them armor piercing.

I've got several boxes of Rogers i coated bullets on my shelf now. I look forward to getting some of these though, maybe on Black Friday.

Possible added benefit? Less lead exposure while handling them? I generally wear a pair of rubber gloves when working at the loading bench. Loading magazines also typically leaves a sheen (lead?) on my thumb. Thoughts?

Stopped by today. Bought some CCI SPP's, CorrosionX lubricant/metal treatment, and 500 of the 230gr RN PC bullet heads.

I have various powders/recipes loaded for testing. I'll be going to R&V tomorrow morning to put them through my new Tisas GI 1911.

I just clicked on the thread without thinking and I momentarily thought that pic was some weird 40mm chalk round
