Maybe next time she'll get State Employees who won't go looking for their PDAs or Phones while operating a vehicle. This was a totally avoidable accident.

Might help if she wore her seatbelt too. If she is driving from Scranton to H'burg and back each day while not wearing a seatbelt she's just begging for a bad injury.
