Default Great. Just in time for elections...

("Already being discussed" police, you know what to do)

    http://www.nbcphiladelphia.com/news/...280263092.html

A Northeast Philadelphia man fired an assault rifle at his neighbor more than two dozen times after an argument spiraled out of control Thursday night.
"The shooter fired multiple shots, unloaded his magazine, then reloaded the weapon," said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small.

Not only was the 57-year-old neighbor hit multiple times but bullets -- police said at least 28 were fired -- also hit neighboring homes along the 8900 block Alton Street in the Bustleton section of the city.
Medics rushed a 57-year-old man from the scene to Einstein Medical Center in critical condition, according to Philadelphia Police.

"This victim stated who he was shot by," said Small.
Investigators said the incident began as an argument between the older man and a 26-year-old suspect around 7:30 p.m. in the rear driveway of the homes. At some point the suspect grabbed an assault rifle and began firing, police said.

At least 20 bullets hit two neighboring homes, said police. Officers checked on the residents inside and luckily no one was hit.
Police arrested the unidentified shooting suspect without incident and confiscated the rifle, said Small.

Sounds like a typical day in South Philly ass hats and hi cap mags will continue to exist even with new laws in place.

I see you have bought into the " hi capacity " magazine BS. If he shot 28 times, with a re-load, it sounds like he had two 20 round magazines. which are considered NORMAL capacity. On the other hand, he was an asshat for shooting at all.

In all fairness I am just stating what the law makers and gun banners call them. More then 10 and its hi cap, what they really are and we call them means nothing.

    Bullshit, and he'd be dead.

Last time I heard of an "Assault Rifle" being used in Philly they showed images of a no parking/tow sign that was obviously hit by 9mm.

I've shot everything with everything, I know what a handgun punch looks like compared to a rifle drill.

A friend of mine shared this story on Facebook. "Man Shoots Neighbor With Assault Rifle". All I could manage to comment was "what's an assault rifle??"

I'm hoping hilarity ensues, as I believe she is one of those people that believe any black gun is an assault rifle

I concur. It's very unlikely someone would survive being hit by multiple rifle rounds. Maybe it was a hi point carbine.

Well at least this shows the anti gunners how ineffective "assault rifles" are if the victim is still alive after being hit multiple times.
