    Default The Self Preservation Argument

The following are my thoughts to find a logical step by step explanation, of and for, what the second amendment is really all about.to the clueless. They are not in any order, that’s what I need help on. And to present an argument to politicians who are making absurd, moronic and punitive gun laws to regulate when “self-preservation” is to occur, and regulate how it is to react, as if it was an intentional act.

Forgive my grammar, spelling and structure. Like I said just jotting down thoughts:

    SELF-PRESERVATION

behavior that ensures the surviva] Pain and fear are parts of this mechanism. Pain motivates the individual to withdraw from damaging situations, to protect a damaged body part while it heals, and to avoid similar experiences in the future
FEAR causes the us to seek safety and may cause a release of adrenaline. Self-preservation is therefore an almost universal hallmark of life

: preservation of oneself from destruction or harm
    2
: a natural or instinctive tendency to act so as to preserve one's own existence

Debating our rights using the terms :2A, God given rights, self-defense, constitution I believe is going in the wrong direction. The above words have become impotent to the clueless or politicians. We are not using the right terminology. The proper terminology would be “SELF-PRESERVATION.”

Self-Preservation is a natural or instinctive tendency to act so as to preserve one's own existence.
It can cause panic, adrenaline dump.
It’s an instinctive reaction to a threatening stimuli. We all have it, ask any psychiatrist. you don’t think about it first and then decide to act. You react.
If you grab a hot pan, it’s immediately dropped.
Canablilism is against the law. But If you are starving to death like the Donner party or the stranded soccer players, you’ll eat human flesh to survive.
If drowning, you would flail and beat that water until the end.
    Fear of heights etc.

Regarding feeling safer carrying for self-defense and protection our family. Who has better weapons for self-defense than a soldier. Automatic weapons grenades, armor wear, tanks. So how did they get PTSD?
It was being exposed to traumatic events, large and small crisis, exposed to the possibility of injury or death. The mind rebelling the being in constant danger.

    we all instinctively react.

For ex. Regarding Tom Wolf’s removing pre-exemption or add more gun control laws.

Mr Wolf.. Would you agree that self-preservation is inborn in every human being, and that it is a natural instinctive reaction? (He’ll have to say yes).

And Mr Wolf, would you also agree that self-preservation in a human being is not a right given by the government? (He’ll have to say yes again).

Then Mr Wolf, what gives you the right to deny a women her self-preservation walking or jogging in a park if being attacked, robbed or attempted rape by allowing municipalities to make their own laws.

Also what gives you the right to deny the only tool, a firearm, that women, the elderly and handicapped have for instinctive self-preservation?

    And so on.

It is indeed interesting how those opposed to our right of self preservation do almost everything possible to degrade the individual, reducing self worth, individual rights, ability to think and work thus to enjoy the fruits of individual achievement, value of life and health, etc.

"To my mind it is wholly irresponsible to go into the world incapable of preventing violence, injury, crime, and death. How feeble is the mindset to accept defenselessness. How unnatural. How cheap. How cowardly. How pathetic." -- Ted Nugent

The self-preservation argument is, it's a natural act like breathing. how can any law be valid that govern's how an inborn, instinctive reaction caused by a threat or fear must occur and forbid you the access to save your self from the threat. (Gun free zones determined by municipalities, may-issue states, etc.)

On a side note. If you are qualified for but denied a LCTF in a may-issue state and been robbed or assaulted, can a lawsuit for PTSD be filed? Self-Preservation instinct kicks in, thought you were going to die and you were helpless.

I disagree. "Clueless" is exactly the right terminology

And you have defined the problem - there's nothing wrong with our founding documents, there is a serious problem with our clueless politicians and clueless liberal gun grabbers.
