    Default .22 Alternative (SHTF only)

For information purpose only: It seems if you can't find any .22's and you have .22 nail gun blanks (from Lowes or Home Depot) and some .22 air rifle pellets you can make an effective round. It seems to work in both Rifle and Pistols. Again I would not try this unless you really really needed to survive.

Accuracy is going to be crap, and it's going to shed velocity pretty quickly. Diabolo pellets aren't designed to go super sonic.

Think a head store some ammo. So you won't have to do things like that.

If there is a can of pellets there is probably an airgun. The air gun would work for everything the improvised munitions would. I would tend to believe the airgun would also be much more accurate.

I don't know it look fairly accurate at the distance. The hole were sharp and round so the pellet was stable in flight. I would rank this trick like a shotgun cut shell. It works but not for everyday use.

HA HA. I have everything at work.

I also have a handheld drain cleaning devise that builds presure and can be released in one shot. I can shoot a large wire nut at an impresive speed. It makes little noise and would be a great improvised weapon if the terrorists ever attack the condo building where I work. I call it the Liberator II.

He doesn't shoot any groups, considering the size of the targets he's shooting and the rather short distance he'd be hard pressed to not hit it.

I guess you could muzzle load any .22 bullet and power it with the nail gun blank.
