Need suggestions for Romak-3 bipod

I bought a Romak-3 and I want to install a nice bipod on either the reciever or the foregrip. Has anyone done this? I really don't want to install one the barrel.

I would think drilling the receiver would kill resale value. i bought a spare synthetic stock set for mine(nolonger being made..) and it used a simple sling stud. i have seen pics where people used a sling stud on the lower wooden handguard. i would be conserned about it cracking..

I was finially able to log onto the AK forumn. I made my mind up to set my rifle up like yours for the bipod.
Where can i purchase the swivel stud. I think I could make one of these. Thanks for any help.
